Michelle Weiss – Founder/Managing Consultant

In over the more than 15 years in the Human Resources Technology field, Michelle Weiss has gained practical experience in all HR functional areas, which enables the successful support of an organization’s business goals through strategic management and process consultation and implementation of HR technology and tools. She has developed comprehensive knowledge of many HR related systems, including: HRIS/Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning Management, and Onboarding. She has worked with both national and global organization and is able to fluently read and write in English and Spanish. Michelle has experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in a range of sectors, including financial and legal services, manufacturing, and human rights.

Since founding WEISSolutions Consulting, Inc. in 2009 in New York, NY, Michelle has been serving as an implementation consultant for more than a hundred organizations where she has been able to effectively combine her knowledge as an HR Practitioner and technical ability to deliver above and beyond expectations.

Michelle received a BA of Psychology at University of California at Davis, and a Certificate of Human Resources Management at University of California Extension at Berkeley. She is also HRIP Certified.
